Snobootz traction devices are like a tire sock. However, this tyre sock attaches with Velcro and, because of the embedded spikes, this auto sock works well even in icy conditions. Unlike tire chains and snow chains, the snobootz tire sock does not damage your tire since there is no metal in contact with the tire. This tire sock is different. Instead of relying on some cheap elastic band to hold the tire sock to the tire, it uses velcro to attach. Snobootz really are much better than other tire socks like the Auto sock.

Return Policy

Your Snobootz may be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs) if the product does not fit your tires properly or if there is insufficient clearance to provide proper fitment. In order to return the product, the following requirements must be met:

You must notify us of your desire to return the product within 21 days of the date of purchase by calling 800-420-1062 (256-632-1301). This time limitation is in place to prevent people from buying the product at the beginning of the season and returning them at the end of the season if they didn’t use them.
You purchased the product directly from Snobootz. If you purchased from a distributor, you must contact them for return processing.
All goods and packaging must be in original and resalable condition. If we find that the product is not resalable we will return the product(s) to you freight collect.

In order to take advantage of our return policy, we recommend that you test fit your Snobootz in a dry, clean place soon after you receive them to confirm that they fit your tires and vehicle.

If they don’t fit properly, clean them, repack them, and call us at 800-420-1062 (256-632-1301) to get an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. We cannot process returns without an RGA number. We reserve the right to refuse and/or not process returns that don’t have an RGA number.
